1. Nature of Services

EviGeno provides medical intelligence research services. Our deliverables are informational in nature — structured intelligence reports, clinical trial summaries, and treatment landscape analyses intended to support informed decision-making by patients and their care teams.

EviGeno does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing in our reports or communications constitutes a recommendation to pursue or avoid any specific treatment. All clinical decisions should be made in consultation with qualified healthcare professionals.

2. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals aged 18 and over, and to authorized representatives acting on behalf of patients. By submitting an inquiry, you represent that you have the authority to share any medical information provided.

3. Scope and Engagement

All engagements begin with a scoping conversation to confirm fit and agree on deliverables, timeline, and fees. No work commences and no payment is required until scope has been agreed in writing. EviGeno reserves the right to decline any engagement at its discretion.

4. Payment

Fees are agreed prior to the commencement of any engagement. Payment terms are specified in the engagement confirmation. All fees are non-refundable once research has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Confidentiality

EviGeno treats all client information — including medical records, genomic data, and personal details — as strictly confidential. We do not share client information with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

EviGeno's reports are research outputs, not medical opinions. We make no warranty, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any information provided. EviGeno shall not be liable for any clinical decisions made on the basis of our research, or for any outcomes arising from the use or non-use of information in our reports.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EviGeno's total liability in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for that engagement.

7. Intellectual Property

Reports and deliverables produced by EviGeno are provided for the personal use of the client and their care team. They may not be resold, redistributed, or published without prior written consent from EviGeno.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or from an engagement with EviGeno shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
